With recent research showing parents spend some £4,000 on a new baby in their first year, Cheltenham Twins Group is offering Gloucestershire families the chance to grab high quality baby and toddler bargains at its sale of nearly new toys, clothes and equipment.

The sale is being held this Saturday, 8 October, from 10.30am – 12.30pm at Charlton Kings Baptist Church, Church Street, Charlton Kings, GL53 8AR.  It is open to everyone, not just families of multiples.  There will also be refreshments, including home-made cakes for sale. (more…)

Cheltenham Twins Group has welcomed the publication today (28 September 2011) of Multiple pregnancy: the management of twin and triplet pregnancies in the antenatal period, new Guidelines produced by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence for clinical teams responsible for the care of women expecting twins or more. DOUBLE THE FUN WITH 20 PAIRS OF TWINS AT CHELTENHAM TWINS GROUP SUMMER PARTY

2.30-4.30pm, Saturday 20 August, Reddings Community Centre, Cheltenham

Cheltenham Twins Group, which provides extensive support for families of twins and more throughout Gloucestershire, is hosting 20 pairs of twins at its summer party, to be held this Saturday (20 August 2011) at The Reddings Community Centre, North Road West, The Reddings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 6RF from 2.30-4.30pm.  The children will be enjoying a bouncy castle, meeting some animals, face-painting and games. Cheltenham Twins Group has announced a permanent move for its weekly playgroup to a new venue with excellent facilities for everyone from breastfeeding mums, to toddlers who want to run around outside.  The Group will now meet every Friday from 10-12 at Charlton Kings Baptist Church, Church Street, Charlton Kings.  Commenting on the move, Ellie Dutton, Chairman of Cheltenham twins said: “We are all really excited about this new venue which means we can bring all our members together for networking and support, and our children can have lots of fun.  It is really bright and clean, and has lots of excellent toys and an outdoor play area with a climbing frame.”
